Felicia Wells, Managing Member of Hope Home Lending, LLC has been a mortgage professional since 1993. After receiving her Bach- elors of Business Administration at Southern Methodist University she accepted her first job with Lomas Mortgage Corporation and has remained committed to this industry, building on her passion for helping people experience the hope of homeownership.

Felicia has worked for many large and small mortgage firms such as Countrywide Home Loans, Bank of America, JP Morgan Chase, Pacific Union Financial and Nationstar dba Mr. Cooper. Her exten- sive knowledge and background in origination, loan production, secondary marketing, and loan servicing have allowed her to estab- lish the utmost respect from her peers and created her reputation as an expert in mortgage lending. She received the President’s Council award from Countrywide Home Loans in 2005 and 2006. She also received the President’s Club award from Pacific Union Financial in 2013 and 2017.

Felicia has shown her dedication to the Mortgage Industry by part- nering with the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association for several years, serving on numerous convention committees and being active with the association. She also served on the first Texas Wom- en’s Mortgage Banking Association panel of female executives in February of 2019. Felicia is also committed to community service outreach centers, volunteering for organizations like The North Texas Food Bank, The Stewpot, The Bridge, and several other volun- teer organizations in the Dallas area. Her top priority as a single mother was always her son, Jacob Wells. While working many long days and traveling frequently, she always stayed committed to helping him grow into a successful young man and stayed active in all of his school activities. Felicia’s passion for helping others is no- ticeable to everyone she is in contact with whether it is friends and family or just strangers.

Stephanie Deal, Office Operations at Hope Home Lending, LLC, brings a fresh perspective to the mortgage business.  Her decision to join the company was driven by a multitude of factors that resonated with her deeply.  At the core of Stephanie's being lies an unwavering passion for helping others, a quality that has been a driving force throughout her life.  Her love for volunteer work has been a constant source of fulfillment for her.

Over the course of her 15-year career in the corporate world, Stephanie worked for esteemed organizations such as North Texas State Soccer, Lotto Sports Inc., Jackson & Cooksey Commercial Real Estate, and Gehan Homes.  In her spare time, she actively engaged in volunteer activities, dedicating her efforts to Children's Medical Center and Scottish Rite Hospital.  Even after becoming a mother, Stephanie extended her altruism to her son's elementary school, where she initially volunteered and later secured a full-time position, faithfully serving for 12 years.  Her work as a Special Education Aide, providing assistance to young students with learning disabilities and fostering their confidence, brought her immense fulfillment and served as a profound source of nourishment for her soul.

Stephanie draws inspiration from her sister, Felicia, who has always exhibited a deep passion for helping individuals achieve homeownership.  When Felicia embarked on her new venture at Hope Home Lending, driven by the desire to honor their niece, Carson Hope Reilly's memory, Stephanie felt an undeniable call to be part of this meaningful endeavor.  Her ultimate aspiration is to contribute to the fulfillment of as many people's dreams of owning a home as possible, mirroring the genuine hope and dedication that define their shared mission.
